01Before you sign
Seeing a free NOSITE demo commits you to nothing. You can say no at any point before signing, and nothing is owed.
02After you sign
Your 50% deposit reserves your place in our schedule, and work starts the same day you sign, so the deposit can't be refunded once it is paid. You can still stop at any time; there is nothing more to pay, and the unfinished site simply isn't launched or handed over. See the Refund Policy.
The second 50% is due only when you approve the finished site. After the site goes live, the package price is not refundable.
03Monthly plans
Care is optional and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Care keeps running to the end of the period you already paid for (one month, or six months if paid up front), and that period is not refunded. Care months included with the Bookings or Growth package end on their own. Care is never charged unless you sign up for it.
The AI Receptionist can be cancelled the same way: it runs to the end of the month already paid, then stops.
Domain, hosting and business email are billed by those providers directly, and they are cancelled or transferred through them. We will help you move anything that is in your name.
04How to cancel
Email info@somethingdigital.online (or nick@nosite.online) or call +1 (213) 870-7764. Tell us the project or plan you want to cancel. We confirm the cancellation in writing.
